July gave us a reason to pause and recognize how far this community has come. What began as an invitation to bring faith, work, leadership, and purpose into greater alignment now connects thousands of people seeking to lead with deeper clarity and consistency.
Growth, however, is not only about reaching more people. It also challenges us to make formation more welcoming, useful, and accessible.
